This notice explains how Zlatic Engineering handles information sent through this website. The site does not use cookies or analytics by default.
1. Information collected
The contact form collects the details you choose to provide, including your name, work email, organization, project category, project summary, timeline, project stage, and preferred contact method. Please do not submit confidential, proprietary, regulated, or otherwise sensitive information.
2. How information is used
Submitted information is used to review and respond to your inquiry, understand whether the requested work is a suitable fit, and manage related business communication. Personal information is not sold.

A limited number of service providers may process submitted information to provide hosting for Zlatic Engineering and deliver contact emails. They receive only the information needed to perform those functions and operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
4. Data retention
Contact information is kept only as reasonably needed to evaluate the inquiry, communicate with you, meet ordinary recordkeeping needs, or comply with legal obligations. Zlatic Engineering does not store form submissions in a database.
5. Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to reduce risk, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be free from all risk. Limit your initial message to non-sensitive project context.
